About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Dock 84, a cafe restaurant in Sligo. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and working on all sections of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the head chef during service hours
* Ensuring adherence to kitchen health and hygiene procedures
* Preparing and cooking food to order
* Training junior chefs
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of chef experience
* Experience or training in kitchen health and hygiene procedures
* Professional cookery skills
Work Details:
* Full-time permanent position
* 39 hours per week
* Competitive salary: €30,000 per annum
