Job Description
PE Global is currently recruiting a Client Accounts Administrator on an 11-Month Fixed Term Contract basis to join a Commercial Semi-State company in Kildare.
The successful candidate will report into the Client Accounts Manager and provide best-class customer service to a large range of account holders.
Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service to all clients, handling a large volume of queries and issues online, in person, and via phone, in confidence at all times.
2. Distribute prize money and process cash and journal receipts to accounts daily.
3. Pay third-party invoices on behalf of clients via online banking.
4. Assist the team in developing the Racing Administration System - RS.
5. Update client account records and perform general account administration.
6. Carry out credit control processes on overdue accounts and assist in quarterly output of the Forfeit List.
7. Assist in processing non-payer foal levies and liaise with the industry services department.
8. Liaise with other industry-related bodies.
9. Undertake and complete various reconciliations, including bank reconciliations as required.
10. Perform a weekly audit of all journals.
11. Complete various reconciliations, including bank and holding accounts.
12. Perform other duties and ad hoc project involvement as required.
Requirements
* You will have 1-2 years' experience in a similar client-facing role.
* Experience in contact centres/customer service or accounts administration is an advantage.
* You will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service/relationship building skills.
* You will have experience working in a busy office and managing deadlines.
* You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
