Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain consistent brand image at all times
* Supervise, mentor, develop and train team members to enhance their skills
* Address customer requests and complaints, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction
* Ensure strict cash and stock control protocols are in place
* Collaborate with the sales department to maximize wedding and event revenue
* Adhere to HACCP and Health & Safety guidelines
* Assist with main hotel operations as required
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess at least three years' experience in a similar role (C&B Manager / Operations Manager / Banqueting Manager) within a four/five-star hotel. A comprehensive understanding of banqueting operations procedures, including cash and stock control systems, is essential. Furthermore, you should demonstrate:
