Responsibilities as Store Manager include:
* Build a strong, motivated team by providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance.
* Set and communicate sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team is focused on driving growth and achieving key metrics.
* Maintain exceptional customer service standards to improve the shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
* Analyse sales reports and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions on stock, pricing, and overall store performance.
* Monitor stock loss and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and minimise company costs.
Skills and qualities of the Store Manager include:
* At least five years of retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store. Fashion, Non-food or grocery retail is considered.
* Experience managing a team of 30+ employees.
* Strong understanding of profit and loss with a commercial mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and confident in influencing and driving performance.
* Target-driven with a strong focus on sales and business growth and customer service.
* Well-organised with strong planning and operational skills.
