Tech Multinational is looking for an experienced project manager who has run large or extra-large projects related to customer experience. This is a 6-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plans for and manages projects with responsibility for leading cross-functional teams to achieve often complex objectives.
2. Lead and direct overall project and assigned resources to achieve desired outcomes.
3. Ability to plan for and deliver on new concepts for the business.
4. Provides leadership oversight and has responsibility for developing and managing overall project health e.g., schedule, budget, quality, change plan, including developing and maintaining appropriate documentation and risk/issue identification and planning.
5. Partners with sponsors and the broader organization to help shape and contribute to the project or program vision.
6. Can effectively navigate the global organization, inside and outside of GCX, including external collaborators.
7. Brings a market and customer-centric orientation to all aspects of planning and development.
8. Can work on detailed cases from early concept through execution.
9. Works autonomously whilst ensuring appropriate transparency with collaborators.
10. Effectively communicates complex strategies to others, interfacing at different levels.
11. Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action.
12. Can synthesize information from multiple sources and use it for effective decision-making.
13. Fosters growth and innovation in others.
14. Comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity and can help others in this regard.
15. Manages change effectively to ensure readiness for all key stakeholders.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Experience working in a Contract position (desired but not mandatory).
2. Demonstrated track record of leading large/XL Projects of varying complexity.
3. Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to complex business problems.
4. Experienced at working on detailed business cases from early concept through execution and ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
5. Experience leading cross-functional teams across regions, locations, and time zones, preferably in an agile environment.
6. Experience with senior leadership and ability to deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations.
7. Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Naturally innovates and works with the unknown.
9. Makes sound decisions in ambiguous or difficult situations, including when under pressure.
10. 6+ years minimum, hands-on combined project and program experience desired.
11. 3+ years experience in a large, cross-functional organization.
12. PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications desired.
13. Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
