The Role
Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Office Manager role in Dublin 8.
Permanent, full-time role.
Fully office based.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
Salary up to €42,000.
* Manage general correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and receive visitors to the office.
* Coordinate regular staff team meetings, including taking minutes.
* Manage diary and calendar scheduling for committees and board meetings.
* Support the CEO in drafting and collating reports, minutes, and other documentation.
* Organize travel arrangements for the CEO as required.
* Streamline office operations and procedures for efficiency.
* Responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies.
* Support the CEO with governance and regulatory matters, including compliance with relevant codes and standards.
* Maintain necessary organizational records and documentation.
* Oversee, report, and sign off on weekly cash counts in the absence of the manager.
* Liaise with external contractors, securing quotations, scheduling work, and serving as the point of contact for contractors on-site.
* Work closely with the office manager and CEO regarding operations and any issues or changes to terms.
* Manage administrative tasks related to fundraising efforts.
* Ensure all activities are within budgets approved by the board and in consultation with the CEO.
* Manage administration and access to SharePoint folders for staff.
The Person
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an office management role or similar capacity.
* High attention to detail.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
* Strong persistence to see projects through to completion.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong budgetary awareness and commitment to cost control.
* Ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
* High level of integrity in handling confidential information.
* Professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
