Talent Resourcing Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Talent Resourcing Administrator to provide administration support to our Recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of our Cornerstone- HR Direct ATS- Applicant Tracking System
* Manage the job boards via jobs aggregator (Broadbean)
* Scheduling a high volume of interviews with potential candidates
* Coordinating & Liasing with Internal stakeholders to support interviews
* Diary Management Reply to all unsuccessful and ad hoc applications
* Conduct reference checks for incoming employees
* Working with HR admin team to align pre onboarding and onboarding programmes for all new starters including merchandise
* Management of UPMC recruitment inbox queries
* As required Ad hoc tasks/projects as and when required to seek efficiencies in our ways of working
* Attendance at recruitment fairs throughout the year
* Producing the relevant recruitment metrics in presentation format for the HR team
