Database Administrator Temporary Opportunity
Morgan McKinley is seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to support the pharmaceutical sector on a temporary basis, with the potential to extend longer.
About the Role:
* This position is based in Cork City Suburbs and involves working with a team to provide administrative support.
* The ideal candidate will have exceptional database management experience, coordination/multi-tasking skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain databases with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Liaise with shipping teams to coordinate orders.
3. Notify staff of training and assessment schedules.
4. Coordinate and file all necessary documentation.
5. Handle emails and phone queries effectively.
6. Liaise with the Director of Operations, internal sales teams, and supply chain departments.
7. Generate reports as required.
8. Provide additional administration support as needed.
