Job Title: Senior Account Manager
The UKI Grocery Team is seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to lead the growth of our grocery proposition in Ireland.
This role involves scoping the strategic direction of grocery in Ireland, expanding through partnerships with top Irish grocers, and managing relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and growing relationships with top Grocery partners in Ireland
* Pitching and negotiating commercial deals with new prospect partners
* Onboarding new partners and sharing best practices
* Driving partner performance through proactive reporting and analysis
* Managing marketing and promotions planning for grocery partners
* Developing an attractive value proposition for customers
* Owning the execution of grocery site roll-outs
Requirements:
* 4-5 years' experience in account management or commercial roles, preferably in online or offline grocery retail
* Partner-obsessed with effective relationship building skills
* Confident working with and analysing data
* Able to create ideas and strategies to drive business growth
* Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
