We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Marketing Manager to drive our brand forward and engage customers across various channels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop marketing strategies to gain the widest possible customer market share in a given geography.
* Maximise the annual value of each customer.
Tasks:
1. Define goals on a per region basis for market share, number of customers, and annual value of customers.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Manna's business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
3. Manage multi-channel campaigns to grow customer bases, driving user acquisition, engagement, and order frequency in all locations.
4. Spend 30% of your time on the ground, actively visiting locations to ensure flawless campaign execution and gather real-time insights.
5. Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
6. Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email, and print, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
7. Oversee advertising campaigns and promotional activities, analyzing performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
8. Build and manage relationships with external vendors, influencers, and media partners.
9. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using analysis to optimize future strategies.
10. Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to promote Manna's mission and services.
Requirements:
* Marketing, Communications, or Business experience, or a related field.
* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a marketing role, preferably in the food or logistics sector.
* Exceptional commercial skills to set targets and report on progress towards those targets.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, digital marketing, Google Ads, conversion optimization, and email marketing.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging content creation.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to assess campaign performance and derive insights.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a results-oriented mindset.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Familiarity with drone technology or logistics is a plus.
