Responsibilities include but not limited to:Promoting a high standard of Safety and Housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.Ensuring adherence to quality and control standards within the Manufacturing areas e.g. Data entry, Checks, OCAP’s, Gear protocols, etc.Provide front line supervision for Team Members to ensure production targets are met.Develop and deliver effective training plans in line with the business objectives.Motivate and develop Team members to create a positive production environment and maximize production capability and flexibility to changing needs.Provide effective communications to Team, Equipment technicians and Process engineering groups to deliver to the manufacturing plan.Maintain work flow by setting and revising priorities and targets for the team. Monitoring metrics (Area, Tool, Stage), taking action to optimize performance.Communicate performance expectations and formally assess employee performance via timely periodic performance reviews.Ensure effective Shift handovers by communicating Manufacturing priorities with performance data.Interface with Human Resources on hiring, employee relations issues, etc.Optimize the allocation of resources by working closely with other members of the production leadership team.Engage in continuous improvement projects in support of business objectives.Required Skills and Competencies:Knowledge of the manufacturing goals and objectives.Strong Team Lead or People Mgt skills within a cGMP Manufacturing environment.Demonstrates a high level of motivation and energy to achieve resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated problem identification and problems solving skills.Good decision-making skills and judgment within defined boundariesDemonstration of team leading and leadership skillsFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
