Job Title: HR Advisor
Portfolios is exclusively representing an award-winning, multinational HR & Employment Law services client in their search for a talented HR Advisor to join their team.
This unique HR Advisory role offers the opportunity to gain invaluable experience advising on a wide range of HR processes and procedures, as well as Employment Law, for over 30,000 clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing reliable and commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice over the phone to clients on all matters of HR, from general to complex queries.
* Participating in an excellent training program and potentially gaining a postgraduate qualification.
Requirements:
* A good understanding of employment law, either through studies or work experience.
* A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace is desirable.
* Previous experience working in a KPI/target-driven environment, ideally in a shared service centre, would be highly desirable.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritizing workload accordingly.
* An organized self-starter who can work under pressure in a fast-moving performance-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
Work Pattern: The shift pattern for the role is 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 as rostered on shifts varying between 7am and 9pm. This includes core shifts, varied day shifts, and occasional weekend and public holiday work.
