The Noel Group is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our Hospitality Permanent Division to work from the Dublin office. This role would be Monday – Friday with a tailored salary, commission, and an ambitious progression plan. You will work with one of our experienced recruiters on a daily basis with a clear plan to progress you in your career as a recruiter.

Key responsibilities:
* Attracting candidates through a wide range of means, including social media, seeking referrals, networking, and utilising job boards.
* Screening and interviewing candidates - This is a very telephone-intensive role.
* Take a consultative approach to helping your clients and candidates, offering advice on salary levels, market knowledge, and career opportunities.
* Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies.
* Understanding client companies and their businesses is key to building better, stronger relationships with them.
Requirements:
* Recruitment experience minimum 1 year
* A background in the hospitality industry is required
* Ability to manage key accounts and provide talent solutions for our clients
* Strong sales experience with the ability to develop the business and meet targets
* Experience working with senior candidates to place them into new job opportunities
* Essential to the role is building successful relationships with our clients, candidates, and colleagues.
