An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Pharm Ops Lab Coordinator. Reporting to the Laboratory Leader, the Laboratory Coordinator has responsibility for coordination of laboratory activities to ensure customer targets are achieved.
This involves the coordination of resources, lab materials, documentation, and review of data.
The Laboratory Coordinator will work closely with the Laboratory Leader to ensure all compliance targets are achieved.
What you will do: Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
Review batches for assigned processes in accordance with regulatory and compendia requirements and to support Internal and Customer Services targets.Support the ADC release of Drug products & Raw Materials/Excipients/Components by coordinating the testing and the review of test packages.Lead Analytical Standard updates as required through the Change Control process.Participate in and review Laboratory investigations and implement their CAPAs.Review all documentation issues with analysts and improve RFT throughout the laboratory.Provide input to/communicate with Supply Chain, CDS and IPT as required in issues related to testing and scheduling.
Support the groups target for customer service, continuous improvement and internal metrics.Deputise for the Laboratory Leader in event of absence and attend Tier meetings as required.Co-ordinate laboratory training.When required assume the role of auditee for the group for internal and external Audits.Ensure sufficient supplies of standards/comparisons, disposables, reagents and any special requirements.Provide support and leadership to the group in team building, release, safety, compliance and improvement objectives.What skills you will need: In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
A minimum of three years analytical laboratory experience is required.Minimum education qualifications for this role are Life Sciences degree, or equivalent.Knowledge of procedures, policies and guidelines relevant to responsibilities.Laboratory testing and documentation.Data integrity requirements including ALCOA and electronic review of data.GMP.Change Control and Deviation system operations and product quality impact.Current regulatory environment and regulations/requirements.Strong Communication skills both written and oral.Team Meetings Management.Interpersonal Skills.Technical report writing.Planning and scheduling.Analytical Problem solving skills.Continuous improvement skills.As a company, we are committed to 'Inventing for Life' in all that we do.
