Marketing Producer

Playrix is looking for a forward-thinking marketing producer who will improve our user acquisition strategy and lead projects for our user acquisition team at the departmental level. Our top team of professionals, powerful automation and analytics system, and relationships with partners allow us to influence and shape the industry.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more.

Tasks
1. Developing a user acquisition strategy
2. Studying the algorithms of advertising channels, forming hypotheses, conducting research
3. Analyzing the results of advertising campaigns, meeting KPIs
4. Working in tandem with the creative team and our partners
5. Leading the user acquisition team
Requirements
6. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
7. Experience working for a big company
8. Experience managing a traffic procurement team
9. Understanding the functionality of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels
10. Bachelor's degree in computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience
11. Upper intermediate level of English or higher
Preferred
12. Experience in game dev
13. Experience with analytical systems (BI, Tableau)
14. Experience working in analytics
