Proposals Development Associate II
We are seeking a Proposals Development Associate II to join our team at ICON plc, a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. As a Proposals Development Associate II, you will play a pivotal role in the development of client proposals, contributing to the success of our clinical trial projects.
About the Role
* Lead the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.
* Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends, informing proposal development strategies.
* Manage proposal process workflows, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines.
* Maintain proposal templates, databases, and other tools to support efficient and effective proposal development and management.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems is a plus.
