Social Media Content Creator and Manager
As Social Media Content Creator and Manager, you will play an integral role in establishing Beam as the market leading conveyancing brand in Ireland by creating written, visual and video content for Beam.
Working with the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Beam’s social media strategy to engage first-time buyers, switchers and mortgage brokers, ensuring Beam’s digital presence aligns with the overall brand’s expert yet empathetic tone.
Planning & Management
Manage Beam’s current (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) and future (TikTok, YouTube) social media channels. Identify key content pillars and engagement tactics. Develop social media strategy for the company, aligned to growth goals.
Content Creation & Management
Create engaging and entertaining original content that attracts audiences and resonates with first-time buyers. Maintain a content calendar.
Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and empathetic way. Engage in property-related discussions to increase brand presence. Create live reactionary content alongside planned content.
Paid Social Advertising
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube to drive brand awareness, website traffic and conversions.
Influencer & Partnership Management
Identify and collaborate with property influencers, mortgage brokers, and first-time buyer advocates to enhance credibility. Manage and curate content from external contributors and brand ambassadors.
Social Listening & Trends
Track conversations about home-buying and legal services including competitor content, stay updated on platform trends, and recommend new content formats.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), analyze performance, and adjust strategies for optimal impact. Regular reporting to the marketing team.
Collaboration
Work with marketing, solicitors, case managers and tech teams to ensure content is accurate and reflective of Beam’s human-led approach. Share tips and tricks to encourage all staff to become Beam brand ambassadors.

1 Build Brand Awareness & Engagement
* Increase followers & engagement rates across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
* Grow Beam’s presence as a trusted, approachable expert in conveyancing.
* Foster a strong community by engaging in first-time buyer forums and responding quickly to queries.
* Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to establish Beam as the go-to conveyancing brand in Ireland.
2 Continuously Innovate & Improve
* Stay ahead of social trends (e.g., short-form video, music-inspired posts).
* Test and refine different content formats (reels, TikTok, infographics, customer stories).
* Use A/B testing on posts and content to optimize engagement and conversions.
3 Inspire and motivate the team
* Share best practice when it comes to encouraging staff members to become brand ambassadors.
We’re looking for someone who has a mix of creative and technical skills, that can capture ideas and transform them into captivating and original content.
* Content Creation & Storytelling– Ability to translate written content into simple, engaging social media content.
* Video Editing– Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro for short-form videos.
* Copywriting– Writing engaging, platform-specific content that aligns with Beam’s expert yet empathetic voice.
* Paid Advertising– Experience running targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Community Engagement– Strong interpersonal skills to foster conversations and respond to customer queries.
* Data Analytics– Proficiency in using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
* Trendspotting– Keeping up with social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior shifts.
* Collaboration & Project Management– Working cross-functionally with sales, case managers, solicitors, and tech teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Required Experience
* 2+ years of social media management experience
* Proven track record ofgrowing social media accounts and driving engagement.
* Experience withlead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
