Duties and Responsibilities of the Role: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the hotel's overall business goals. Create and manage a paid digital advertising strategy, including Platform Selection Ad Messaging & Creatives Budget & Bidding Strategy Landing Pages Tracking & Analytics Manage and coordinating marketing events, launches, and promotional activities. Managing the planning, creation, design, and distribution of the company's e-zine's, ensuring that each issue is engaging, informative, and aligned with the company's brand and objectives Analyze online metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance. Plan and manage all stages of hotels professional photo and video production, from pre-production to post-production, including.
developing creative briefs and story boards, logistics, stylings and budgeting.
While on shoot day managing the photographers, videographers, stylists, models, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Manage and coordinate the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including the hotel's website, social media, and marketing collateral. Develop and coordinate promotions and special offers to drive bookings and revenue. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners. Manage, write, edit, and proofread press releases for a variety of company announcements, including product launches, corporate milestones, partnerships, and other newsworthy events. Manage and coordinate media events, and familiarization trips. Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales efforts. Assist in creating packages and promotions for different market segments. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize insights to adapt marketing strategies. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Monitor expenses and evaluate return on investment for marketing activities. Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to management on key performance indicators.Requirements for the role: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in marketing are advantageous. Proven experience (2+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably in luxury hospitality. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
