Job Title: Site Clerk
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Clerk to join our dynamic construction team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, attendance, and materials used.
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
* Coordinate communication between site management, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Manage and organize site files, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
* Support the Site Manager in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
* Assist with health and safety compliance by maintaining records of safety inspections and incidents.
* Handle general inquiries from site personnel and provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is an advantage.
