This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading 4* Hotel in Co Carlow as Deputy Manager.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience managing busy Food and Beverage operations, particularly weddings and special events. They will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel's daily operations, team performance, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel
* Lead and guide the team, continually improving procedures and service
* Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
* Mature leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
* 3+ years Operations Management experience in Leisure style 4* Hotel in Ireland preferred
* Experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations, including weddings and special events
* Proven leadership and team management abilities
* A reliable, committed, motivated, and professional individual with full legal status to work in Ireland
