Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent
Location: Hybrid role in Dublin 16
Compensation: Competitive monthly commission
The successful candidate will work within the KennCo Insurance sales department. The role involves dealing directly with our customers and provides an opportunity to gain experience in a target-driven environment with competitive sales bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ability to identify calls likely to result in new business
2. Convert leads into sales to achieve and exceed individual targets
3. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
4. Build rapport with customers
5. Ensure all data is kept up to date on applied relay systems
6. Deal with all customer requests efficiently
7. Provide a high level of customer service
8. Process leads, quotations, and new business policies accurately and with attention to detail
Skills & Knowledge:
1. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks
2. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
3. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
4. Applied system (Relay) knowledge is an advantage
5. Clear and proficient communication and negotiation skills
6. Motivated with a positive outlook
Experience & Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in personal lines
2. Minimum APA qualified
