As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the hotel. This includes managing the restaurant, bar, room service, and events, ensuring exceptional service standards, maximising guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will lead, train, and develop the food and beverage team while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties:
* Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Manage and train the food and beverage team to maintain high service standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability across the restaurant, bar, and events.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus and food offerings.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure efficiency and minimise waste.
* Handle guest complaints and ensure swift resolution to maintain a positive dining experience.
* Work closely with senior management to meet operational targets and guest satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Proven experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and driving revenue growth.
* A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
