Patient Access Services include Bookings, Medical Records, Admissions and Outpatients.The post holder is responsible for the developing, implementing and managing the daily operations of the patient access departments in the Galway Hospital. The post holder will manage Patient Access initiatives related to point of service collections, insurance verification, patient experience, workflow design and reduction of denials. This position will also work with other leaders to minimize billing issues and unbilled claims for Outpatients.
