Job Title: HR Administrator/Officer

The Job:
The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team, reporting directly to the HR Manager, and covering a wide range of HR duties and projects across the site. These include employee engagement and query resolution, compensation and benefits administration, managing internal and external recruitment, overseeing training programs, delivering HR change projects, and supporting leadership and operations teams with their HR needs.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Third-level degree qualification in HR or a related discipline.
* At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
* Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is not essential but would be an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
* Strong IT, data analysis, and HR reporting skills.
The Offer:
This is a permanent role with a salary that will depend on the candidate's skills and experience, ranging from €40,000 to €50,000 for more experienced candidates. There is strong potential for further growth and development, with an expectation of promotion to a HR Generalist role.
The role will be fully office-based initially, with the potential for one day of remote work once fully onboarded.
