Sales and Brand Development Manager

Role Purpose:
To develop a defined region, as outlined by the Daybreak Sales Manager, with total responsibility for sales, profit, loyalty, and brand execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed agreed region sales & profit targets.
* Drive retailer loyalty to 90% plus.
* Ensure excellent brand engagement through delivery key initiatives and training.
* Develop the region by managing a prospect list of new stores.
* Maintain all accounts within Musgraves credit terms.
* Provide accurate and relevant information on competitor activity and other trade field information to the Daybreak Sales Manager and Central Functions.
Requirements:
* Experience/knowledge of convenience retail industry and retail development minimum 5 years.
* Good understanding of Retail Accounts including P&L & Cash Flow Projections.
* Proven track record in proactive field sales and achieved targets in convenience retail.
* Budget management experience.
* Experience in a Food to Go environment.
* Leaving Cert / GCSE.
* Retail Management Diploma/Degree desirable but not essential.
* Full clean driving licence.
