Our dedicated staff team supports our service users to learn and develop their independence skills, which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, and taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role, and we encourage staff to use their humor and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our service users with day-to-day life.
The role involves shift work, and as such, flexibility to work a combination of early shifts, late shifts, and weekends is essential. Availability for x2 sleep-over shifts per month is required.
