You will deliver site safety induction and champion the Behavioral Safety Program.Manage, measure, and report the construction performance across all key areas of Safety, Quality, Schedule and CostHold prestart briefings with the contractors on site.Review the methodology & risk assessment prior to starting works on site.ExecutionRepresent Gray as the PSCS for the duration of the construction phaseOverseeing the civil, electrical and mechanical installation worksActively promote compliance with the Construction Safety & Health Plan and Environmental Management plans. Intervene directly if any unsafe situations or practices are observed.Interface with the customer daily to ensure all relevant permits are in placeConstruction ManagementPlan and direct the construction activities and support activities.Ensure sufficient coordination meetings are being held, minutes issued and ensure all parties are clear on the sequence of workCompile progress reports and ensure they accurately report on the progress of the project.Review weekly lookaheads to ensure project milestones are clear and can be achieved.Communicate and liaise with the other project parties (Customer, Design, Commissioning, End Users etc.) as required throughout the project.Oversee the project Commissioning ,Qualification and Validation stages of the project.Hold Townhall meetings with construction team and communication sessions as required.Identify and escalate issues to senior management where requiredConduct necessary Quality checks.About you: Qualifications & ExperienceDegree Qualification in an Engineering discipline or similarMinimum 6/7 years’ experience with site project experienceExperience with managing manufacturing & industrial projectsExperience and knowledge of all main project management concepts, tools, and techniquesAbility to coordinate with the engineering department.Professionally qualified on the related disciplineConversant to a competent level with Microsoft Office Suite etcAbility to read P&ID’s and Construction drawingsAbility to work to deadlines and within budgets.You will also have:Excellent Communication SkillsAbility to Multi-taskA Positive attitudeExcellent organizational and leadership skillsIf you are an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment, and have a passion for collaboration and professional development we want to hear from you.
