Job Description:
The Property Project Manager provides strategic guidance and assistance for the optimal utilization of the organisation's property portfolio, comprising various buildings and land assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide property management and advisory services to senior management.
* Oversee and manage all property transactions.
* Maintain the internal property database for designated areas.
* Ensure property valuations are updated in the property register.
* Advise on strategies for surplus properties and land.
* Manage lease preparation and review.
* Prepare reviews and commentaries on local authorities' development plans and contribution schemes.
* Ensure consultants, solicitors, and planners are briefed accordingly.
* Minimise dilapidation liabilities for leased properties.
