You will be responsible for assisting all departmental managers with the daily running of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a strong food and beverage background.
2. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service.
3. Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
4. Strong management and interpersonal skills.
5. Be a strong leader by showing an excellent teamwork ethic.
6. Have good knowledge of all departments within a hotel to ensure its smooth running on a daily basis.
