You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to help them overcome challenges, break the cycle of homelessness, and prepare for independent living.
What You’ll Do:
* Act as a key worker for individual young people.
* Support young people who have experienced trauma and challenging behaviours.
* Develop and maintain individual placement plans in line with statutory care plans.
* Collaborate with external agencies for housing, education, and social support.
* Maintain records in compliance with health and safety standards.
* Participate in a 7-day, 24-hour roster.
What You’ll Need:
* Degree in Social Care or related field.
* Experience in residential care or working with children with complex needs.
* Knowledge of HIQA standards, Child Protection, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
* Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
* Full, clean driver’s license.
