Job Title: Payroll Professional

The role of a Payroll Professional is crucial to the smooth operation of any organisation. This dynamic position requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage the weekly payroll for over 200 employees across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee information.
* Calculate and process statutory deductions, overtime, bonuses, and other adjustments.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and company policies.
* Address payroll-related queries from employees and management promptly.
* Liaise with external stakeholders, such as tax authorities and benefits providers, as required.
* Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll accounts monthly.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing weekly payroll, preferably for medium to large teams.
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all aspects of work.
* Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
Salary: Estimated salary €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
