We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, arming our customers with required tools & tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment. You will learn and use groundbreaking technologies, apply advanced troubleshooting techniques, and interact with leading engineers around the world. You will also partner with Amazon Web Services teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues, leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams, and drive customer communication during critical events. You will have the opportunity to work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services, and write tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community. You will be responsible for solving customer cases through various customer contact channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, and driving customer interactions. You will also have the opportunity to coach/mentor new hires, develop and present training, partner with development teams, and participate in new hiring, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
