Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled customer relationship manager to build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Duties:
* Develop and implement strategies to build customer confidence and act as a trusted advisor.
* Hold regular meetings with customers to monitor and address any issues they may be facing.
* Provide customers with analytics and reporting mechanisms for effective fleet management solutions.
* Offer expert advice on products and services offered.
* Maximise customer retention through excellent customer service.
* Analyse customer survey feedback to develop plans to increase ratings and address concerns.
* Stay up-to-date with legislative, industry and product developments to provide accurate advice.
* Take ownership of customer issues and work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve them efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management.
* A strong background in customer service, project management and medical-based technology.
* Ability to think strategically and solve problems quickly.
* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to impact at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Degree-educated in medical, sport science or technology-based subjects.
