The Client and overview of the Role: My Client are a €180m T/O Construction Group.
They have numerous live projects in Dublin City and have produced several Landmark Buildings and high-end Hotel projects in recent years.
They can offer continuity of work in Leinster as this is an area that they constantly have work.
They are involved projects for; housing, apartments, public works, sports, offices and hotels.
This particular requirement is for a Hotel in Dublin City.
This is a recent contract which means that, if you join now, you'll be able to set the project up as you'd like and can manage the build from start-to-finish.
You'd be working closely with this firms Construction Director.

Main responsibilities will include:
Problem solving.
Planning.
Influencing people.
Overseeing all Engineering and Operations aspects of a Construction project.
Ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Managing and coordinating other Engineers, Design Teams and resolving technical challenges.
Ensuring compliance with construction plans and safety regulations.
Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating as a Project Manager, looking after €50m+ value building projects.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
5+ years experience as a Project Manager with Irish/UK Main Contractor or Residential Developer.
Strong understanding of Industry Regulations and People/Subcontractor management.
Proven track record in managing or coordinating complex construction projects in Ireland or UK.
Ability to influence people.
Ability to manage upwards and downwards.
Strong attention to detail and able to work on own initiative.
