Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stock room.
2. Follow company policies and procedures for employee and customer safety.
3. Assist with product launch changes according to company standards.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, including resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
5. Process transactions quickly and accurately to minimize customer wait times.
6. Upsell and promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and support a positive store environment.
8. Ongoing tasks may be assigned by supervisor as needed.
Requirements
1. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2. Years of Experience: 0-2 years of relevant job experience, minimum 6 months.
3. Familiarity with technology (iPad, registers).
4. Availability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
5. Meet physical requirements for the role.
Key Skills
1. Previous retail experience preferred.
2. Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with customers.
3. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
4. Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
