Our client, a fast-growing/multi-national visual media company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join in their Sales team!
In this role, you would be developing client relationships and growing accounts via educating clients on across multiple Digital content products. You will be responsible for a large portfolio of clients with revenue over 5 million dollars.
Your responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day contact for all customers with committed revenue and partner with Key Account Executives on strategic growth opportunities.
2. ‘Hunt’ for new revenue opportunities from within the existing customer portfolio.
3. Drive consumption of committed deals through onboarding, mid-year check-ins and new user expansion.
4. Understand content gaps in the current deal structure that results in loss of share.
5. Identify customer intelligence from day-to-day contacts that will point Key Account Executives towards new development opportunities (custom solutions, new initiatives, etc.).
6. Support and run renewals.
7. Demonstrate end to end workflow for content production to advise KAE on how to drive workflow improvements and deal stickiness (API integrations, DAM requirements, plugins etc.)
8. Handle all day-to-day project level discovery, quotes and negotiations on ALC or new committed deals (delegating to Customer Support Associates (CSA’s) where appropriate).
Who You Are:
9. Experience selling to Media & Digital Publishers
10. Media Industry knowledge and a total understanding of the end to end media publisher process is a crucial component of the role.
11. Positive relationship building skills and experience in developing accounts to improve revenue.
12. Proven Sales and Account Management experience within a fast-paced organisation.
13. Has proven success in building business revenue within existing accounts.
14. In addition to English, fluent in German language skills are required for this role - including written and verbal
