An experienced administrator is sought to join Ireland's leading export company. The ideal candidate will have ERP systems experience and a strong understanding of the commercial freight business.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to take on an administration lead position in the freight department, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Management and Sales Team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Administrative support to the Management and Sales Team, including report compilation using SAP, Power BI, and bespoke IT systems.
* Managing and updating customer database and files, ensuring all records are up to date.
* Developing strong professional relationships with customers, becoming a subject matter expert on the company's services, processes, and operations.
* Participating in new initiatives and opportunities to grow and sustain the commercial division.
* Maintaining a high level of knowledge of all departmental IT systems and solutions, enabling seamless backup for various roles.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably with advanced MS skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and good knowledge of SAP.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong time management and organisational skills.
* Solid Business or Diploma degree.
