The Accommodation Staff is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms, common areas, and accommodation facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
About The Role
Housekeeping & Cleaning:
1. Clean and service guest rooms, ensuring they meet company and industry cleanliness standards.
2. Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and amenities.
3. Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.
4. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lounges, and shared facilities.
5. Report any maintenance, safety, or repair issues to management.
Guest Service & Support
1. Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding to their requests and concerns.
2. Ensure guest rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
3. Assist guests with any additional accommodation needs when required.

Desired Criteria
1. Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience.
2. Working knowledge of housekeeping.

2. Good command of the English language.
