Assistant Spa Manager Role
We are seeking a passionate spa professional to join our prestigious team as an Assistant Spa Manager. As a key member of our team, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership: Oversee spa operations in the absence of the Spa Manager and support the team to deliver 5-star service.
* Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of talented spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
* Sales & Targets: Drive retail sales, treatment bookings, and spa revenue to meet and exceed targets.
* Reception Desk: Oversee the smooth running of the reception area, ensuring all bookings, enquiries, and guest needs are handled efficiently and professionally.
* Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a luxury, 5-star spa experience from start to finish, leading by example in delivering treatments and managing guest interactions.
* Operational Support: Help with rostering, inventory management, and health & safety compliance, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the spa.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 5+ years in a spa environment, or similar, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
* CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ITEC qualification in facial and body treatments.
* Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
* Experience in delivering 5-star service and managing a busy reception desk.
* ESPA training is a plus but not essential.
* Proficiency in Journey Software is an advantage but not essential.
* Available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
