Marketing (Communications) Manager / D22
Our client is an exciting company seeking a Marketing (Communications) Manager to manage plans and activity that aligns with the overall communications objectives. Salary: €55K – €70K with WFH two days per week. Some travel from time to time.
The Role:
* Support in development and implementation of marketing and communications plans and annual marketing strategy in conjunction with the Head of Marketing & Communications.
* Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including collaboration on digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
* Create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, case studies, and presentations.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging, brand, and goals.
* Create and manage internal communications platforms.
* Conduct regular reviews of marketing campaigns making sure they are still aligned to business goals.
* Define, coordinate, update, and report on all marketing plans and campaigns.
* Produce engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including collaboration with digital team on content videos, social media updates, website, email campaigns, and more.
* Ensure that all marketing materials/documentation are aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice and reflect the Re-turn brand identity.
* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth.
* Manage external agencies as required.
The Candidate:
* A qualification in Marketing / Communications or relevant discipline.
* Strong proven experience in marketing, digital, communications, and events.
* Team player with ability to work collaboratively with a range of different colleagues and stakeholders.
* Capable of hitting the ground running.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
