Account Management Role
We are seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to join our Account Management team. This role drives customer retention, growth, and expansion opportunities, as well as continuous product optimization and adoption within our rapidly growing ecosystem of customers.
This position requires understanding customer business objectives and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure premium customer experiences through streamlined workflows and communication processes.
Responsibilities
* Develop strategic account plans to identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
* Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives.
* Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for shared management of customer relationships.
* Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and champions within named accounts.
* Evaluate Greenhouse's alignment with customer business objectives and goals.
* Identify and mitigate churn risk, advising sales leadership on ideal resolutions when necessary.
Requirements
* Multiple years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
* Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
* Strong time management, prioritization, organization, and process management skills.
* Familiarity with sales-oriented CRM tools.
* Proven success identifying and developing executive relationships.
* Able to craft narratives and prove customer value through comprehensive business reviews.
* Experience managing fast-paced commercial sales processes for SMB & Mid-Market companies.
* Quota-carrying experience in a SaaS organization with demonstrated success generating expansion pipeline.
