**Job Title:** Payroll and Finance Candidate
We are working with a local Bangor-based charity to find a talented Payroll and Finance candidate to join their Finance Team.
The charity strives to empower individuals living with disabilities or societal disadvantages to lead sustainable and independent lives by providing a compassionate and caring approach.
You will be an integral part of the Finance and Admin team, responsible for delivering effective payroll, finance, and administration services to the charity.
Your key duties will include:
* Ensuring accurate and timely receipt of payroll information for new starters
* Collating and inputting hours and other details from timesheets into Sage payroll package
* Processing leavers quickly and accurately
* Preparing payroll reports and providing them to the Finance department with a clear audit trail
* Uploading BACS reports within time frames for bank processing
* Preparation and distribution of payslips to staff
* Maintaining holiday and sick leave records, processing relevant pay rates, and distributing to unit managers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Educated to GCSE level
* Experience with Sage 50 payroll
* Payroll experience
* Working knowledge of UK PAYE
* Proficiency with MS Office
* CIPP qualification would be an advantage
