Reporting to the Head of IT, the successful candidate will join an existing IT Team who provide IT support to our retail stores nationwide as well as our head office and warehouse operations, based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo.You will provide primary support to our Finance, Buying and Online Fulfilment teams with their use of BC with LS Retail extensions. Due to supporting multiple depts., the successful candidate must be available to work onsite in our HQ in Castlebar, Co. Mayo.Key tasks for this role:· Support covers all transactional, ledger and budgeting support, as well as BC functionality including panels, tiles and form customizations.· Secondary backup support to the BC Administrator role, covering BC Job Queues and BC security and permissions.· Finance, Buying and Online Fulfilment changes test lead, owning and developing all related test scripts, working in conjunction with and with the approval of the Finance, Buying, Online Fulfilment and IT teams.· Working as part of broader support and development team, working with the reporting, inventory, store and customer service support and development roles as needed.· Configuration and development of BC, with the oversight and pre-approval of the BC change advisory board (CAB) for any UAT and Production releases.The successful candidate will have the following:· 2 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central support for a retail business· Retail finance and buying experience/knowledge/qualification, eg. as a systems accountant· LS Retail / LS POS experience· Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation experience· Microsoft Power BI and/or Jet Reports experiencePlease note this role is based on site in Castlebar, Co.
