We are seeking a German speaking Account Director for our client, a rapidly growing Marketing Technology company based in Dublin.
The role involves gaining a deep understanding of clients' businesses and driving growth through the use of paid search automation software. We are looking for an ambitious consultative seller who is a strong relationship builder and able to challenge senior client stakeholders, including CEOs and CMOs. An ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing, and passionate about digital advertising.
As a senior team member, the Account Director will own key client relationships and coordinate the work of junior Client Success Managers. Experience with team empowerment and coaching is preferred but not required.
Job Responsibilities
1. Understand client business goals and drive search and business strategy to achieve those goals.
2. Build relationships and communicate with various client stakeholders at all levels, from e-commerce managers to CMOs and CEOs.
3. Own client relationships; coordinate and coach junior team members.
4. Be an empowering team player and develop processes to deliver a consistent and enjoyable client experience.
5. Manage and prioritize a client portfolio consisting of lead generation and e-commerce clients.
Experience and Skills
1. 4 or more years of professional work experience in digital marketing.
2. Some knowledge of Google AdWords and programmatic advertising solutions.
3. Good data extraction and manipulation skills using spreadsheet applications.
4. Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
5. Will to look outside job role for growth opportunities.
6. Agency experience is preferred.
