Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Realtime Recruitment
Senior Quantitative Analyst required to join a dynamic team and contribute to the data-driven decision-making processes.
*Must have pricing or trading experience*
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct ad hoc analyses to address business challenges and uncover actionable insights.
2. Develop, enhance, and optimize machine learning algorithms to improve performance and scalability.
3. Design and implement pricing models and strategies, leveraging your extensive pricing background.
4. Utilize Python and SQL to manipulate data, build models, and automate workflows.
5. Work within the Azure cloud environment, leveraging its tools for data storage, analysis, and model deployment.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data engineers, to align analytics initiatives with business goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in quantitative analysis.
2. Strong expertise in pricing strategies and modeling.
3. Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
4. Experience with Azure cloud platforms and their data tools.
5. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience with additional machine learning tools and libraries.
3. Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
