About the role
The Associate Program Director will drive performance excellence in defining customer requirements and developing the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Infusion Platform at BD. This highly sophisticated program requires a leader who can ensure commercial success, visibility with executive leadership, and delivery of strategically important programs.
Main responsibilities
* Accountability for product development, launch, and commercial success
* Balanced representation of relevant data for Phase Gate decisions
* Recommendations on resource allocation and budget management
* Open approach to issue resolution, risk management, and challenge mitigation
* Cross-functional team leadership through problem resolution and root cause analysis
This role requires an innovative and hard-working leader with a proven track record in complex product development programs. You will be responsible for mentoring talent, aligning talent decisions to strategic plans, and driving collaboration across diverse teams.
About you
We seek an experienced professional with technical expertise in medical device development, familiarity with FDA regulations, and proficiency in navigating concept, design, development, testing, validation, and launch stages.
