Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Exceptional Service: Timely and Consistent Delivery of Outstanding Guest Experiences
* Lead the Team: Drive Banqueting Department Success by Managing Operations
* Empower and Train: Develop Training Plans for Teams Growth, Business Needs, and Profitability
* Maintain High Standards: Ensure Quality, Customer Care, and Operational Excellence
* Control Costs: Monitor Payroll and Operating Expenses for Maximum Profitability
* Foster Team Spirit: Build Relationships through Daily Briefings, Fairness, and Communication
* Ensure Security and Accuracy: Maintain Departmental Security and Charge Items Appropriately
* Collaborate Across Departments: Work with Sales and Events Teams for Seamless Function Execution
* Support Hotel Operations: Provide Assistance across Other Areas of the Hotel
Requirements
* Previous Experience in Similar Role, Leading Banqueting Operations
* Proven Ability to Train, Motivate, and Manage a Team for Exceptional Service
* Skilled in Managing Events of All Sizes, from Planning to Execution
* Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
* Strong Knowledge of Overall Hotel Operations
* Flexibility to Work Midweek, Weekends, and Evenings
