We’re looking for talented individuals passionate about making a tangible impact in people’s lives and eager to contribute to social change.The RoleClúid Housing is currently seeking applicants for the role of Chief Financial Officer.The role of CFO is responsible for providing strategic, financial leadership and oversight of the financial functions within Clúid, ensuring that financial activity supports the organisation’s objectives. The CFO will act as a strategic partner within Clúid, enabling the Corporate Plan while driving financial competence, confident decision making and continuous improvement. They will also have responsibility for the Chief Finance Office teams, which comprise of Finance Operations, Corporate Finance & Treasury, Procurement, Risk & Assurance.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and leading a team of four, the role requires a collaborative approach, with the ability to foster an inclusive workplace, develop teams and build and maintain relationships with Audit and Risk Committee and Board members.The PersonThe successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a continuous improvement ethos, be competent and confident in their decision-making, as well as having a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
