Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience in people management, mentoring, and training staff, as well as cash handling procedures, stock management, and customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage store operations, including rotas, cash handling, and stock control
* Mentor and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and store profitability
* Monitor and report on sales, customer satisfaction, and store performance
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Rélevant food qualification or degree (desirable)
* Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in hospitality, food, or retail
* Experience of opening and closing stores, supervising staff, and managing operations
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
