With huge growth over the past number of years, along with an exciting new motor campus on the horizon, we’re on the lookout for an up-and-coming Junior Sales Executive to join our Opel team in Naas.
As a Fitzpatrick's Junior Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about the Opel brand!
As a new member of the sales team, you will welcome customers into our showroom or respond to telephone or online enquiries. You will deliver presentations of our products and vehicles, showing an outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things brand related.
Don’t worry if you’re not an expert right now – our comprehensive training will teach you everything you need to know to become a brand expert.
Role And Responsibilities To Include:
1. Meeting and greeting showroom guests
2. Presentation of models and assisting with customer test drives and handovers
3. Assisting with our sales and marketing events
4. Assisting sales staff with the daily operations of the department
5. Creating and maintaining a positive customer-friendly sales environment
6. Offering, promoting, and selling the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Fitzpatrick's and Opel's brand trading policies, including updating our used car websites and creating video presentations for customers
7. Being prepared to receive and welcome new customers’ enquiries (via telephone, walk-in, e-mail)
8. Guiding and informing customers while providing a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all vehicles within the product range
9. Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
1. A proven record of excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people; previous retail experience is desirable, as is an interest in cars and the motor industry.
2. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
3. Highly motivated with a strong customer focus.
4. A well-presented individual with the desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
5. The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
6. Full clean driver’s license.
